Souvenir AK-47 | Olive Polycam (Factory New)

Skin overview

AK-47 | Olive Polycam is an Industrial Grade spray-paint finish that covers the rifle in a yellow-green and dark grey halftone camouflage, with plain olive furniture. In Factory New the paint is complete, so the bright yellow-green flecks stay crisp against the darker base. It is a sober field camouflage with nothing on it but colour and pattern.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Factory New

The receiver, dust cover, gas tube, barrel, stock and magazine carry a polygonal halftone camouflage of bright yellow-green flecks over dark grey-brown. The upper and lower handguards and the pistol grip are painted solid olive, which gives the rifle calm blocks of colour between the patterned parts.

The paint is complete on every part, from the magazine to the muzzle. The yellow-green flecks are sharp and the olive handguards are even in tone. In game the rifle looks clean and uniform at any distance. There is nothing worn to look for.

Factory New wear: float 0–0.07

The whole float range of Souvenir AK-47 | Olive Polycam is 0–0.5; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (14% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir AK-47 | Olive Polycam belongs to The Sport & Field Collection, which holds 16 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

What it costs in each quality

Among 6 skins of the AK-47 in the Industrial Grade grade and this quality, this skin ranks 5th by price, counting from the dearest.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Olive, khaki, yellow and muted gold stickers match the camouflage palette. Placing them on the plain olive handguard area keeps them readable instead of lost in the busy pattern.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since the magazine and barrel show the difference first.
• Inspect the bottom of the magazine and the muzzle for bare spots on worn copies.
• Souvenir copies carry fixed souvenir stickers, so decide whether they fit your plans.
• Look at any applied stickers or name tag, as they change the plain look of the finish.

Who the Factory New quality suits

• Players who want a clean, low-key AK-47 for everyday matches.
• Collectors putting together a full camouflage or Industrial Grade set.
• Conclusion: the tidiest version of a simple camouflage.
