Skin overview

The rifle is recognisable by its broken red-and-teal geometry that runs from the handguard across the receiver and into the stock. In Minimal Wear the artwork reads almost the same as a fresh copy, with at most faint marks on edges that are hard to spot without inspecting the model. It gives the full look of the finish at a lower grade.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The handguard is mostly bright red with dark angular cuts, and the gas tube above the barrel carries a thin red line. The receiver is the busiest part, a dense mix of red, teal and white shards separated by dark gaps that form the chaotic pattern described in the item text.

Small marks may appear on the bottom edge of the magazine and the very front of the handguard. They are thin and easy to lose among the busy shard pattern. At normal distance the skin is practically indistinguishable from Factory New. The receiver and stock remain clean.

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Red, teal or white stickers blend with the shard pattern, while dark or holo stickers stand out against the busy receiver. Placing them on the darker area near the rear of the receiver keeps the red handguard clear.

• Check the float position within the wear range, since a low float in a grade keeps the magazine and handguard noticeably cleaner.
• Inspect the magazine bottom and the front of the handguard, as these are the first places where the red paint breaks.
• Look at any applied stickers and their scrape level, because they change how the busy receiver reads.
• Check whether the copy is StatTrak™ or has a name tag if either matters to you.
