Skin overview
Rat Rod is defined by its teal-over-rust palette and the decals scattered across a dark, battered body. In Well-Worn the teal thins noticeably on the handguard and magazine, and the rifle looks even closer to a real scrapyard relic. For this skin heavy wear is less of a flaw than on clean, bright finishes.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New and Minimal Wear. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Well-Worn
The receiver and dust cover carry a teal coat broken up by copper-brown rust, with small emblems, a round badge and a red logo near the rear. The handguard and gas tube repeat the teal-and-rust scheme, with a bright flame-like decal on top, while the barrel stays mostly dark.
The teal thins clearly on the handguard, magazine and dust cover, with dark metal showing through in patches. Decals look partly worn away, especially on raised areas. In game the rifle appears darker and rougher overall. The centre of the stock and the receiver sides hold their pattern best.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45
The float of Souvenir AK-47 | Rat Rod ranges from 0 to 1; the Well-Worn quality covers 0.38–0.45 — 7% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case

Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Teal, copper, orange and red stickers sit naturally on this palette and echo the existing emblems. Holo or worn-look stickers along the receiver fit the junkyard theme, while a single bright accent near the dust cover keeps the busy design readable.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since the magazine and handguard show the difference first.
- Compare the decals on the receiver and stock in the inspect view, as these lose detail on more worn copies.
- Look at applied stickers and their scrape level, because they change the busy composition noticeably.
- If a StatTrak™ version or a name tag matters to you, confirm it on the specific offer.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Budget buyers who like a darker, rougher version of the rifle.
- Fans of the scrapyard idea who see heavy wear as part of the story.
- An affordable option with the character still intact.
