Souvenir AK-47 | Safety Net (Well-Worn)

Skin overview

The orange-on-white mesh remains the main feature of this AK-47, even when the finish is visibly used. Well-Worn copies show the white base dulling and patches of bare metal on raised parts, which gives the rifle a used work-gear character. The overall colour scheme is still easy to recognise.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Well-Worn

The hydrographic finish puts an orange mesh with rounded white cells over the handguard, dust cover, receiver, pistol grip and stock. The barrel, gas tube, front sight and rear sight block stay in light silver metal, and the curved magazine is a plain dark colour that frames the bright body.

Bare metal shows through on the edges of the handguard, receiver and stock, and the white cells look noticeably grey. Scratches spread from the edges towards the flat surfaces. In game the rifle looks used, but the orange mesh still defines its silhouette, with the centre of the stock and receiver holding most of the pattern.

Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45

The whole float range of Souvenir AK-47 | Safety Net is 0–0.6; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (12% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

What it costs in each quality

Among 7 skins of the AK-47 in the Restricted grade and this quality, this skin ranks 5th by price, counting from the dearest.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

White, black and orange stickers match the mesh and the dark magazine without fighting the pattern. Placements on the receiver above the magazine work well, since the mesh there is busy and a single bold sticker gives the eye a focal point.

What to look at before you buy

• Check the float position within the wear grade, since the white base shows dulling more readily than the orange.
• Look at the handguard edges and receiver corners, which lose the finish first.
• Note that there is no StatTrak™ version of this skin, while Souvenir copies do exist and differ from regular ones.
• Check applied stickers and any name tag, as they change how the bright body looks.

Who the Well-Worn quality suits

• Buyers who like a used work-gear look on a high-visibility finish.
• Players on a budget who still want the orange colours.
• Conclusion: character over cleanliness.
