Skin overview

Ricochet is built on contrast: turquoise lines tied into knots over a dark base, with the scope and barrel left plain. In Field-Tested the weave is still clearly readable, but the edges of the stock and the grips start to show bare metal patches. The pattern holds its character, just with a more used feel.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The main body and stock of the AUG are covered in an angular knotwork pattern of turquoise lines over a dark grey base, with the same weave carried onto the pistol grip and the vertical foregrip. The barrel, upper receiver rail and scope stay plain dark grey, which frames the patterned lower half.

Bare metal spots become visible on the grips, the foregrip and the magazine base plate, with first marks along the edges of the stock. The central part of the body still carries a readable knotwork. In game the rifle looks turquoise-patterned with a slightly broken surface on the grips. The barrel and scope keep their plain look.

Stickers and crafts

Turquoise, teal and silver stickers match the knotwork, while black or dark grey ones blend into the plain upper section. Placing stickers along the patterned body works well when their lines echo the angular weave.

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since lower values keep more of the turquoise on the grips.
• Inspect the pistol grip, foregrip and magazine base plate first, as these parts lose colour earliest.
