Fever Dream is defined by its pink, blue and purple drawings on black, and even in Battle-Scarred that colour mix stays visible. The paint is heavily worn on edges, the scope and the stock, but the skin's range stops before the very heaviest wear. It is the cheapest way to get the recognisable palette.

The receiver, stock and scope are painted black and covered with a dense collage of neon pink, blue and purple drawings, from loose scribbles to small figures and lettering. The long barrel and the bipod stay dark and plain, which makes the decorated body stand out.

Heavy wear covers the stock, the scope and the receiver, with many drawings partially erased. The edges and raised parts are largely stripped of paint. Because the float range ends early, the rifle never reaches the most extreme damage and keeps its colour mix. In game it reads as a worn, gritty version of the same neon palette.
