Skin overview

This AWP carries a graphite-toned polygon mesh in metallic paints of different reflectivity, giving the rifle a cool, faceted look rather than a bright one. In Minimal Wear the pattern reads almost the same as a fresh copy, with only light scuffs that are hard to spot outside close inspection. It is the practical way to own the same dark geometric style at a slightly less pristine grade.

Item type: sniper rifle. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The receiver and the thumbhole stock are covered in a tight polygon pattern, where darker and lighter metallic facets alternate and change brightness as the rifle turns. The long barrel, the muzzle and the scope stay in deep near-black tones, so the faceted body becomes the main visual area.

In Minimal Wear small scuffs appear first on the rear edge of the stock, the muzzle rim and the scope rings. The polygon pattern on the receiver and the middle of the stock remains intact, with only slight softening on some facet edges. At normal distance in game the difference from Factory New is barely noticeable, as the dark palette hides light marks well. The barrel and scope body still look clean on most copies.
