Souvenir AWP | Green Energy (Field-Tested)

Skin overview

Green Energy is easy to spot by its glossy green flake and the zigzag yellow line along the receiver and stock. In Field-Tested the paint starts to break on raised parts and edges, but the main pattern and the yellow streak still read clearly. It is a balanced middle grade for everyday play.

Item type: sniper rifle. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The receiver and handguard are painted in bright green metallic flake with darker green patches, and a jagged yellow streak runs along their length like an electric arc. The same green and yellow scheme continues onto the stock, while the grip area and the back of the stock lean towards a darker olive green.

Chips become visible along the edges of the handguard, on the scope and on the outer contour of the stock. The yellow streak may lose a little brightness where it crosses raised areas. In game at normal distance the green and yellow scheme still reads clearly, with the wear noticeable mostly in inspect. The flat sides of the receiver keep most of their paint.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Yellow, gold and neon green stickers echo the streak and the flake and keep the rifle in one colour scheme. Black or dark stickers placed on the receiver add contrast without fighting the bright green.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a low float in the same grade shows fewer chips on the scope and handguard.
• Look at the rim of the scope and the edges of the handguard and stock, as they lose paint first.
• Make sure the yellow streak is unbroken if a clean look matters to you.
• On Souvenir copies check the condition and placement of the applied stickers, and on any copy check stickers and name tag for taste.

Who the Field-Tested quality suits

• Players who want the full green and yellow scheme for everyday matches.
• Buyers looking for a balance between condition and cost.
• A practical middle option for regular play.
