Skin overview

Battle-Scarred shows the Distressed concept at its fullest: the copper coat is worn away over much of the slide and frame, leaving patches of copper against dark metal. The grip panels and recessed markings hold more colour than the exposed edges. The pistol looks old and heavily used, which is exactly what the finish suggests.

Item type: pistol. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

The slide and frame are covered in copper-coloured ceramic paint, with darker shading that gathers in the recesses, around the engraved markings and along the seams. The grip carries the same copper, with checkered panels in a deeper brown tone.

Most of the copper is gone from the slide and frame, leaving scattered patches on dark metal. The trigger guard, grip edges and magazine base are heavily worn. In game the pistol looks dark with warm copper traces, which matches the worn concept of the finish. Copper survives mainly in recesses, around the markings and on parts of the grip panels.

Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–1

The whole float range of Souvenir CZ75-Auto | Distressed is 0–1; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–1 segment (55% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir CZ75-Auto | Distressed belongs to The Prisma 2 Collection, which holds 17 skins.

It drops from Prisma 2 Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Gold, bronze, brown and black stickers blend with the copper and keep the warm palette together. For contrast, cool teal or blue stickers stand out against the copper slide. The flat side of the slide is the clearest spot for a single sticker or a small row.

What to check before buying

  • Decide whether you want clean copper or the aged look, since this skin changes character strongly across the float range.
  • In worn grades, inspect the top and edges of the slide, because that is the part you see most in first person.
  • Check applied stickers and their scrape level, as they sit on the copper slide and change the overall look.
  • Look at any name tag before buying, since it shows on inspect and on the item page.

Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits

  • Players who want the most aged version, matching the skin's own idea.
  • Budget buyers looking for the cheapest entry into this finish.
  • Conclusion: the fullest expression of the Distressed concept.
