Souvenir CZ75-Auto | Tread Plate (Field-Tested)

Skin overview

Tread Plate gives the pistol a utilitarian metal finish, and the diamond plate texture on the slide fits a slightly used look well. The float range of this skin ends early, so Field-Tested copies sit at the cleanest end of that grade and keep most of their shine. It is the most practical way to get the full steel design on the CZ75-Auto.

Item type: pistol. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New and Minimal Wear. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The slide and frame are finished in bright silver metallic foil with soft reflections, giving the pistol the look of polished steel. A darker diamond tread plate pattern runs along the top of the slide and wraps the front section around the barrel and muzzle.

Scuffs become noticeable along the slide edges, the muzzle area and the raised parts of the tread pattern, where the shine turns duller. Because the skin's range stops early in this grade, the wear stays moderate and does not spread across the frame. In game the pistol reads as used steel with a lived-in look rather than a damaged one. The grip panels and most of the magazine keep their silver finish.

Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.2

The float of Souvenir CZ75-Auto | Tread Plate ranges from 0 to 0.2; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.2 — 25% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

Souvenir CZ75-Auto | Tread Plate belongs to The Arms Deal 3 Collection, which holds 12 skins.

It drops from CS:GO Weapon Case 3 (on sale since Sep 20, 2013).

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

The neutral silver finish works with almost any palette, but holographic, foil and chrome-style stickers blend best with the metal look. Single bright accents in red or gold on the frame side stand out well against the steel without fighting the tread pattern.

What to check before buying

• Look at the slide edges and muzzle in the inspect view, since that is where the shine fades first.
• Check how sharp the tread pattern on top of the slide looks, as softened raised points show wear early.
• Compare the float position within the grade, because Factory New and Minimal Wear copies can look very close.
• Decide whether you want a regular, StatTrak™ or Souvenir copy and check any stickers or name tag already applied.

Who should buy Field-Tested

• Players looking for an affordable entry to the skin for regular matches.
• Fans of an industrial look, where light scuffs suit the tread plate theme.
• The most practical option, since this grade only covers its cleanest part for this skin.
