Skin overview

Battle-Scarred is the cheapest way into the Victoria finish with its dark metal, scroll engraving and gold details. The surface is heavily scratched, the engraving is patchy and the gold is worn in places, giving the pistol a rough, heavily used character. From a distance the dark-and-gold scheme still holds together.

Item type: pistol. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Patina: an aged metal surface; wear is part of the design, so the gap between qualities is less visible.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The slide is finished in dark gunmetal and covered with fine scroll engraving, and the extended barrel stays plain and dark. The frame carries the same engraved pattern with gold inserts on its side, including the slide stop area and a round gold detail near the hammer.

Heavy scratches cover the slide and frame, and the scroll engraving is broken up in many places. The gold inserts are worn through to bare metal in spots. The magazine and grips carry visible wear as well. In game the overall dark tone and the remaining gold still read, but the fine details are largely lost.

Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.75

The float of Souvenir CZ75-Auto | Victoria ranges from 0 to 0.75; the Battle-Scarred quality covers 0.45–0.75 — 40% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The Arms Deal 3 Collection with 12 skins in total.

It drops from CS:GO Weapon Case 3 (on sale since Sep 20, 2013).

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Gold and holographic gold stickers match the inserts on the frame and keep the classic engraved look. Dark, black or deep red stickers blend with the gunmetal slide without breaking the scrollwork. Bright, colourful stickers stand out sharply and are best kept to a single placement.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a low float keeps the slide edges and gold parts noticeably cleaner.
  • Look at the top edges of the slide and the gold inserts on the frame, as these show wear first.
  • Check applied stickers and any name tag, as they change how the engraved slide reads.
  • Inspect the scroll engraving on the slide in screenshots, because on heavily worn copies it becomes patchy.

Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits

  • Budget players who want a Covert CZ75-Auto finish in their loadout.
  • Fans of rough, heavily scratched looks.
  • The cheapest entry into Victoria, with the dark-and-gold scheme still readable.
