Skin overview
Blaze is easy to recognise by its contrast: a bright orange nose with red flames licking back over a plain black pistol. Its float range is very narrow, so a Minimal Wear copy sits right next to Factory New and keeps nearly all of the gloss. Any marks are small and limited to the front edges, which makes this grade a practical way to get the same look.
Item type: pistol. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Anodized Airbrushed: a coloured coating with an airbrushed design on top; the coating holds while the design fades with wear.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New.
Appearance in Minimal Wear
The front of the slide and the muzzle are covered in a glossy orange coat, airbrushed as transparent paint over chrome, which gives the colour a metallic depth. Red and dark-orange flames with darker outlines run from the middle of the slide toward the rear, fading into the black back section around the rear sight.
Wear, if visible at all, appears as tiny scuffs on the muzzle rim and along the top front edge of the slide. The flames, the trigger guard fade and the black rear section remain clean. At normal viewing distance in game it is practically indistinguishable from Factory New. Only close inspection reveals slight dulling on the frontmost edges.
Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.08
The float of Souvenir Desert Eagle | Blaze ranges from 0 to 0.08; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.08 — 12% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
The skin’s collection is The Dust Collection with 9 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Gold, orange and red stickers continue the flame theme, while black or holographic dark stickers blend into the rear half of the slide. Placing stickers on the black section keeps the flames uncovered.
What to look at before you buy
- Look at the muzzle rim and the top front edge of the slide, since those spots show wear first.
- Compare where the float sits within the narrow range, because copies near the low end and near the Factory New border look almost the same.
- Souvenir copies come with fixed stickers, so check that their placement suits the orange front section.
- Check any name tag and applied stickers in the inspect view before buying.
Who the Minimal Wear quality suits
- Players who want the Blaze look in matches and do not inspect the edges closely.
- Buyers looking for a more budget-friendly entry to a finish that looks almost identical to Factory New.
- Conclusion: practically the same look in game, a sensible choice for everyday use.
