Skin overview

Dual Berettas | Balance keeps its rose-and-filigree theme even in the roughest grade. Battle-Scarred copies have heavy scratches over the engraved slides and grips, giving the pistols an aged, antique look. The red of the roses is dulled but still stands out from the worn metal.

Item type: pistol. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

Both slides are finished in pale silver with dark engraved filigree running along their length, framed by thin outlines near the muzzle and serrations. The frames and trigger guards continue the silver tone with lighter ornamental lines.

Heavy scratching covers the slides, frames and grips, and the edges are worn the most. The silver looks patchy and the finer engraving lines blur together. In game the pistols have a rough antique appearance. The roses remain visible as red accents, though faded.

Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–1

The whole float range of Souvenir Dual Berettas | Balance is 0–1; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–1 segment (55% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir Dual Berettas | Balance belongs to The Shattered Web Collection, which holds 17 skins.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Red, black and silver or holo stickers match the roses and the engraved metal. Placing a single red accent on the slide echoes the grips without breaking the ornament. Bright greens or blues tend to clash with the restrained palette.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since a low value inside a grade keeps the slide edges cleaner.
  • Look closely at the slide edges and muzzle area, as these lose the silver first.
  • Make sure the roses on the grips are not scratched if the red accent matters to you.
  • Review any applied stickers and name tag, as they change the look of the ornate finish.

Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits

  • Budget entry for anyone who just wants the roses on their pistols.
  • Fans of a rough antique look on engraved weapons.
  • Conclusion: the cheapest route to the design, with heavy wear accepted.
