Show allAllSkin overview
Dual Berettas | Marina in its roughest grade keeps the yellow and navy hydrographic, but wear has bitten into the edges and raised areas. The skin's float range ends relatively early, so Battle-Scarred copies hold more paint than the grade name suggests. Because the finish already imitates grime, the heavy wear suits the theme.
Item type: pistol. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Battle-Scarred
Both pistols share one scheme: a yellow-orange base with wide dark navy bands running diagonally across the slides, frames and barrels. The slides carry most of the navy, broken by slanted yellow stripes.
The slides show large patches of grey metal, and the grips, trigger guards and muzzles are heavily rubbed. Because the float range ends early, the frame sides and grip centres still keep a fair amount of yellow and navy. In game the pistols look rough but remain recognisable as Marina.
Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–0.5
The float of Souvenir Dual Berettas | Marina ranges from 0.05 to 0.5; the Battle-Scarred quality covers 0.45–0.5 — 11% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
Souvenir Dual Berettas | Marina belongs to The Winter Offensive Collection, which holds 13 skins.
The source is Winter Offensive Weapon Case (on sale since Dec 18, 2013).
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Navy, black and gold stickers sit naturally on the dark bands of the slides, while yellow or orange ones can disappear into the base colour. A row of matching stickers along the slide follows the diagonal rhythm of the stripes. Holo or foil stickers in blue tones work well against the warm yellow of the grips.
What to check before buying
- Inspect the slide edges and muzzles closely, since the painted-in grime can mask or imitate real wear.
- Check where the float sits within the grade, as a low Field-Tested copy looks close to Minimal Wear.
- Compare Battle-Scarred and Well-Worn copies side by side, because the early end of the float range keeps them closer than usual.
- Look at the placement of the diagonal stripes, which shifts slightly between copies, and at any stickers or name tag already applied.
Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits
- Players looking for the most affordable way into this colour scheme.
- Fans of heavy wear who enjoy how it matches the painted grime.
- A good entry option, since this grade keeps more paint than on many skins.
