Skin overview

FAMAS | Doomkitty is a Mil-Spec Grade rifle skin with a hydrographic print of overlapping cat skulls over a muted grey-olive base. The pattern is subtle and reads as a fine textured camouflage from a distance, with the skulls showing up only on a closer look. In Minimal Wear the print stays crisp across the carry handle, body and magazine, and the fine skull outlines remain easy to pick out.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Field-Tested. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The hydrographic print covers the carry handle, the receiver, the stock and the magazine in a grey-olive tone with darker outlines of overlapping cat skulls. The barrel, muzzle and front sight assembly stay dark grey metal, and the pistol grip remains a plain dark polymer, which frames the patterned body.

Minimal Wear copies show only tiny scuffs, mostly along the top edge of the carry handle and the front corners of the receiver. The skull outlines stay sharp on the body, magazine and stock. In game at normal distance the rifle looks practically untouched. The dark barrel and grip look clean as well.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.08–0.15

The whole float range of Souvenir FAMAS | Doomkitty is 0.08–0.22; Minimal Wear takes the 0.08–0.15 segment (50% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

It drops from eSports 2013 Case (on sale since Jul 9, 2014).

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Muted stickers in olive, grey, black or bone white match the subdued skull print. A single dark or holo sticker on the receiver side adds contrast without breaking the calm look.
