Souvenir FAMAS | Meow 36 (Minimal Wear)

Skin overview

The finish pairs a bright green base with near-black panels and graphic markings, so the FAMAS stands out as a green rifle rather than a plain camo. In Minimal Wear any marks are small and usually sit on the edges, which barely shows from the first-person view. It gives almost the same look as the cleanest grade with less pressure to chase a perfect copy.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The receiver and carry handle are covered in olive and lime greens with darker green and near-black panels, and the handle carries the MEOW lettering together with dark arrow-like stripes. The forward body and handguard continue the green gradient with light highlights along the contours, while the barrel stays black.

Minimal Wear may show a few tiny marks on the top edge of the carry handle and the sharpest corners of the body. The lettering and stripe graphics stay readable and the colours keep their saturation. At normal distance in game the difference from Factory New is hard to notice. The stock, magazine and most of the body still look clean.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15

The float of Souvenir FAMAS | Meow 36 ranges from 0 to 1; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 8% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Green, black and gold stickers match the olive and lime palette and the dark panels without breaking the colour scheme. Cat-themed or text-based stickers suit the MEOW lettering, and placing them on the lower body keeps the handle graphics visible.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since copies closer to the cleaner end keep the handle lettering sharper.
• Look at the carry handle with the MEOW lettering, as it is the first area where the finish shows scratches.
• Inspect the stock ridges and body edges on worn copies to judge how much metal shows through.
• Note any applied stickers or name tag, because they change how the green artwork reads.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

• Players who want a nearly clean look without chasing the top grade.
• Sticker crafters for whom tiny edge marks do not matter.
• Conclusion: a balanced pick that looks almost new in game.
