Show allAllSkin overview
The Hyper Beast finish combines a magenta slide, a green creature curling along the frame and orange-red teeth near the trigger. In Minimal Wear the picture stays complete, with only fine marks that are hard to spot without zooming in on the slide edges. It keeps nearly the full Factory New look at a lower grade.
Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The slide is covered in hot pink and magenta with orange, red and white splashes running towards the muzzle. A green scaled creature wraps around the rear of the slide and the frame, its jaw lined with orange and red teeth curving down past the trigger area.
Tiny marks may appear on the top edge of the slide and at the muzzle. The rest of the artwork, including the creature and the grip, looks untouched. At normal viewing distance the skin is practically indistinguishable from Factory New. Copies at the clean end of the range show almost no marks at all.
Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15
The whole float range of Souvenir Five-SeveN | Hyper Beast is 0–1; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (8% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Operation Hydra Collection with 17 skins in total.
The source is Operation Hydra Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Pink, green and orange stickers blend with the artwork, while holo or foil stickers in matching tones suit the busy palette. Placing stickers on the slide keeps the beast's jaw on the frame visible.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since a low float keeps the slide edges noticeably cleaner.
- Inspect the top of the slide and the muzzle, as these are the first areas to lose paint.
- Look at the back of the grip and the trigger guard rim on worn copies.
- Check applied stickers and name tags, and whether you want a StatTrak™ or Souvenir version.
Who should buy Minimal Wear
- Players who want a near-clean look without paying for the top grade.
- Sticker crafters for whom tiny edge marks do not matter.
- Close to Factory New in game, at a more sensible grade.
