Skin overview

G3SG1 | Arctic Camo is an Industrial Grade finish for the Terrorist-side auto-sniper, covered in a hydrographic snow camouflage of white, pale grey and cold blue-teal blotches. In Factory New the blotches keep sharp edges and the white areas stay bright against the dark barrel and magazine. This is the cleanest version of a simple, utilitarian winter pattern.

Item type: sniper rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The handguard, upper receiver and scope tube carry the main camo: irregular white, light grey and blue-teal blotches with a few darker grey accents. The barrel, muzzle device, front sight and magazine stay dark gunmetal, which frames the light pattern.

The camo is intact on every part, with crisp blotch edges and bright white areas. The Factory New range for this skin is very narrow, so all copies look practically identical. In game the rifle shows a clean light pattern contrasted by the dark barrel and magazine. Nothing on the handguard, scope or stock shows wear.

Factory New quality — float range 0.06–0.07

The whole float range of Souvenir G3SG1 | Arctic Camo is 0.06–0.8; Factory New takes the 0.06–0.07 segment (1% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Souvenir G3SG1 | Arctic Camo belongs to The Office Collection, which holds 6 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

White, silver and pale blue stickers blend with the snow camo, while a single dark or holographic sticker on the handguard adds a clean accent. Avoid warm, saturated colours if you want to keep the cold winter mood.

• Check the float within the grade, since a low float in Field-Tested or Well-Worn keeps noticeably more paint on the handguard and scope.
