Skin overview

Because the finish only reaches the upper end of the wear scale, Battle-Scarred Violet Murano is the most worn version available, with chipped edges and patches of grey metal across the coloured parts. The violet and blue tones are still the dominant impression from a distance. It is the most affordable way to carry this colour scheme.

Item type: sniper rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The handguard is covered in a dense pattern of Murano bead swirls in violet, pink and pale blue on a dark navy base, and the same pattern wraps the scope tube. The stock and pistol grip are finished in a solid saturated blue-violet, while the receiver, barrel, muzzle device and magazine stay in plain grey metal.

The handguard, stock, grip and scope all show chipped areas with grey metal coming through, most heavily on edges and raised parts. Because the float range stops at the upper end of the scale, the damage stays moderate rather than stripping the finish. In game the colours still read as violet and blue, with the pattern softened by the wear.

Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.5

The float of Souvenir G3SG1 | Violet Murano ranges from 0 to 0.5; the Battle-Scarred quality covers 0.45–0.5 — 10% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

Souvenir G3SG1 | Violet Murano belongs to The Canals Collection, which holds 18 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in violet, pink, blue or holographic tones match the bead pattern and the glossy finish. Placements on the grey receiver above the magazine stand out well against the bare metal, while the handguard area is better left to the pattern itself.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within its wear grade, since lower values keep the handguard edges and scope rings cleaner.
  • Inspect the stock corners and the grip, as these blue parts show chips first.
  • Souvenir versions exist, so check which stickers are already applied and whether they fit the violet scheme.
  • Look at any name tag and existing stickers on the receiver before buying.

Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits

  • Players looking for the cheapest entry into this colour scheme.
  • Buyers who know the wear stays moderate because of the limited float range.
  • Conclusion: a budget pick that still reads as violet in game.
