Skin overview

Galil AR | Blue Titanium is a plain anodized finish that colours the metal parts of the rifle a deep steel blue, while the handguard, magazine, grip and stock stay in a muted olive-grey. The look is restrained and technical, closer to treated metal than to painted artwork. This skin exists only in Factory New, so every copy shows the blue oxide layer intact with a clean, even sheen.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Anodized: the colour is in the metal coating itself, so wear shows mostly as dulling rather than a rubbed-off pattern.

The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Factory New

The receiver, barrel, muzzle device, front and rear sights and the top rails carry a dark blue anodized tone with a light metallic shine along the edges. The handguard, curved magazine, pistol grip and adjustable stock are left in an olive-grey polymer colour that contrasts with the blue metal.

Within the Factory New range the blue anodized layer stays whole on the receiver, barrel and sights. At the upper end of the range a close inspection may reveal tiny marks on the sharpest edges, such as the rail teeth or sight posts, but they are hard to spot. In game at normal distance every copy looks the same: a clean blue rifle with olive-grey furniture. The polymer parts show no visible change at this grade.

Factory New quality — float range 0–0.04

The whole float range of Souvenir Galil AR | Blue Titanium is 0–0.04; Factory New takes the 0–0.04 segment (100% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

• The skin exists only in Factory New, so a lower float matters mainly to collectors and has little visible effect in game.
• If you inspect closely, look at the rail teeth, sights and receiver edges, the first places where anodized metal shows marks.
• The finish has no pattern, so pattern seed does not change the look.
• Check whether applied stickers or a name tag suit the blue and olive scheme, since they cannot be removed without scraping.
