Skin overview

This Galil AR finish relies on contrast between pale stripes and a dark base, and in Well-Worn that contrast begins to break up. Scuffs eat into the light lines on the stock and grip, so the hidden word becomes harder to trace. At normal distance the rifle still reads as dark with gold striping, now with a rougher field look.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The receiver and stock are painted a dark gunmetal grey with angular pale khaki-gold stripes that wrap around the body in chevrons and broken lines. The pistol grip carries dense diagonal stripes, while the magazine stays dark with thin light outlines along its edges.

The light stripes on the stock and grip are broken in several places, and the magazine edges show bare metal. Wear spreads onto the raised parts of the receiver. In game the stripes look patchier, though the gold-on-dark scheme is still recognisable. The handguard and barrel, being dark and plain, hide most of their wear.

Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45

The whole float range of Souvenir Galil AR | Destroyer is 0–0.7; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (10% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir Galil AR | Destroyer belongs to The Recoil Collection, which holds 17 skins.

It drops from Recoil Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Gold, black and muted khaki stickers match the striped scheme without breaking it. Holographic or gold stickers placed on the dark handguard area stand out without covering the hidden lettering on the receiver.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the pale stripes show damage more than the dark base.
  • Inspect the stock edges, grip base and magazine corners, where the light paint chips first.
  • Look at the receiver from the side to see how well the hidden lettering survives on this copy.
  • Note any stickers or name tag already applied, as they change how the striped receiver looks.

Who the Well-Worn quality suits

  • Players on a budget who still want visible gold striping.
  • Fans of a used, field look on a terrorist rifle.
  • A cheaper option that keeps the scheme recognisable.
