Skin overview

Phoenix Blacklight is built from overlapping graffiti, so a few scuffs fit the theme instead of spoiling it. In Field-Tested the colours stay bright on the receiver and stock, while edges and the muzzle area start to show chips. In a match the rifle still reads as a solid block of purple and pink.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The receiver, handguard and gas tube are covered in tightly packed graffiti letters in pink, magenta and lilac with dark blue outlines. The pistol grip and magazine carry the same pattern, with large pink tags standing out on the grip, while the barrel and muzzle device stay mostly black with only part of the paint reaching onto them.

Chips spread along the edges of the handguard, the magazine and the receiver, and the muzzle end loses more of its paint. The flat sides of the receiver and the buttstock still carry bright, readable tags. In game the scuffs blend into the graffiti and the rifle keeps its purple-pink look. Wear is noticeable mainly in the inspect view.

Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38

The float of Souvenir Galil AR | Phoenix Blacklight ranges from 0 to 0.7; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 33% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

Souvenir Galil AR | Phoenix Blacklight belongs to The Havoc Collection, which holds 19 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Holo and foil stickers in purple, pink or cyan match the neon palette, while black-and-white designs add contrast without fighting the tags. Placing them along the receiver keeps them in view in first person. Warm orange and yellow stickers tend to compete with the graffiti.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since this spray paint chips on edges fairly early.
  • Inspect the magazine, the handguard and the muzzle area, as these parts lose paint first.
  • Compare the graffiti placement in the inspect view, because the layout of the tags shifts between copies.
  • Souvenir copies come with stickers already applied, so make sure they suit the purple palette.

Who the Field-Tested quality suits

  • Everyday T-side players who want bright colour without paying for a clean finish.
  • Fans of street style, since light scuffs suit the graffiti theme.
  • A practical pick that keeps the look in game.
