Show allAllSkin overview
Galil AR | Rainbow Spoon is easy to recognise by its iridescent mix of navy, purple and green on the metal parts, set against grey polymer furniture. In Field-Tested the tint starts to thin on edges and protruding details, and bare grey metal shows through in places. The overall rainbow effect still reads clearly in game.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.
It is painted in the case hardening technique.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
Appearance in Field-Tested
The receiver and upper body carry a deep navy and violet tint with green and pink reflections where the surface bends. The barrel, front sight and muzzle shift towards green and purple, with a yellow-green glint at the muzzle tip.
The tint thins on the top rails, the muzzle, sight edges and magazine corners, with grey metal showing in short lines. Edges of the stock tube and receiver start to lose colour too. The large flat areas still carry the blue-violet and green sheen, so the rainbow effect stays readable in game. Lower-float copies look noticeably cleaner than those near the top of the grade.
Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38
The whole float range of Souvenir Galil AR | Rainbow Spoon is 0–0.554; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (41% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
Souvenir Galil AR | Rainbow Spoon belongs to The Sport & Field Collection, which holds 16 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Holographic and foil stickers in violet, blue or green echo the heated-metal sheen. Placements on the receiver side above the magazine work best, as the grey handguard can break up the colour line.
What to look at before you buy
- Compare the colour distribution on the inspect view, since case hardening style finishes differ from copy to copy.
- Check where the float sits within the grade, especially in Field-Tested and Well-Worn where edges change a lot.
- Look at the top rails, muzzle and magazine corners, as they lose the tint first.
- Souvenir versions exist, so confirm whether the offer is a Souvenir and whether its stickers suit you.
Who should buy Field-Tested
- Players who want the rainbow effect clearly visible in game at a moderate cost.
- Buyers ready to pick a low-float copy for a cleaner look.
- Conclusion: a balanced choice for everyday play.
