Skin overview

Block-18 builds the Glock-18 out of coloured bricks, and in Battle-Scarred that construction looks heavily used. Large areas of the slide and the light grip are scraped, colour blocks are broken by bare metal, yet the red, blue and yellow pieces still hint at the original design. It suits those who want the motif at the lowest entry cost or like a rough, weathered look.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The slide is divided into rectangular blocks in dark grey, light grey and white, with a blue strip along the top, a small red studded brick near the ejection port and yellow accents at the rear. The "GLOCK" marking sits on a grey block, as if pressed into a toy piece.

Wear covers much of the slide, with bare metal breaking up the grey and white blocks and the blue strip. The grip is heavily scraped, especially on the studs, the backstrap and the edges, and the cream base is largely worn. The brighter red, yellow and blue bricks survive in fragments and keep the motif readable. In game the pistol looks rough and weathered, and the brick idea comes through mainly in colour spots.

Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.672

The whole float range of Souvenir Glock-18 | Block-18 is 0–0.672; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.672 segment (33% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in pure red, blue, yellow or white match the primary-colour bricks and read as extra pieces of the set. Placing them along the grey slide blocks keeps the brick rhythm intact, while dark or muddy stickers tend to clash with the light base.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the light base makes the difference between low and high floats easy to see.
  • Inspect the slide edges and the muzzle area first, as they lose paint before anything else.
  • Look at the grip studs and backstrap, where wear on the cream base shows as greyish patches.
  • Review applied stickers and the name tag, as they change how the colourful layout looks.

Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits

  • Those looking for the lowest entry point into this skin.
  • Players who prefer heavily weathered finishes.
  • A rough take on the design for pure budget play.
