Skin overview

Glock-18 | Fade puts its whole effect on the slide: a smooth gold-to-violet blend over chrome, set against a dark grey frame. In Minimal Wear the blend looks the same as on cleaner copies, with only light scuffs on the slide edges. It is a way to own the full gradient at the more worn end of a very narrow range.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Anodized Airbrushed: a coloured coating with an airbrushed design on top; the coating holds while the design fades with wear.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The finish covers the slide only: gold and amber at the muzzle face shift into pink and red along the middle and end in blue and violet over the rear serrations. Under the transparent paint the chrome base shows through, so the colours look glossy and slightly metallic.

Small scuffs appear on the muzzle face and along the top edge of the slide, with occasional light marks on the serration ridges. The gradient itself stays complete, and no colour zone is lost. At normal in-game distance the difference from Factory New is hard to notice. The frame and grip look the same as on any other copy.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.08

The float of Souvenir Glock-18 | Fade ranges from 0 to 0.08; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.08 — 12% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The Assault Collection with 7 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Holographic and foil stickers in gold, pink or violet echo the gradient on the slide. Placing them on the grey frame keeps the colour blend clear, and a single accent near the rear serrations ties into the blue end of the fade.
