Show allAllSkin overview
The pistol is wrapped in overlapping hundred-dollar bills in muted cream, grey-green and black, which gives it a busy, paper-like texture. In Minimal Wear any marks are tiny and sit on edges, so in the first-person view it looks practically the same as the cleanest grade. It suits a buyer who wants the full banknote look without paying for the top condition.
Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
Other qualities of this skin: Field-Tested and Well-Worn.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The slide, frame, trigger guard and grip are all covered in one continuous collage of hundred-dollar bills laid at different angles. Franklin portraits in dark grey stand out against cream and pale grey-green paper, with small green seals and fine engraving adding detail.
Small specks of wear may appear on the sharpest slide edges and at the very front near the muzzle. They are hard to spot because the busy banknote pattern hides them. At normal distance the skin looks as clean as Factory New. The grip, frame and the portraits on the slide remain fully intact.
Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15
The float of Souvenir Glock-18 | Franklin ranges from 0 to 0.4; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 20% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
Souvenir Glock-18 | Franklin belongs to The Havoc Collection, which holds 19 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Price by quality
Compared with the Minimal Wear quality, the others go like this: Factory New — 1.5× dearer. Based on the cheapest SkinOut.gg listing of each quality, otherwise on the market reference.
By price this skin is 2nd of 11 skins Restricted Glock-18 in this quality (the first being the dearest).
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Green, gold and black stickers fit the banknote palette, and money- or luxury-themed designs reinforce the idea of the skin. Placing them on the slide works best, as the pattern there is busy enough to frame a small group of stickers without losing the portraits.
What to check before buying
- Look at where the float sits within the wear range, since copies near the cleaner end show fewer scuffs on the slide edges.
- Check the front of the slide and the muzzle area, as this is where the print rubs off first.
- On Souvenir copies, see how the applied stickers sit on the busy banknote pattern.
- Check stickers and name tag for added value or for anything that clashes with the money theme.
Who should buy Minimal Wear
- Players who want a clean-looking pistol for the first rounds without paying for the top grade.
- Crafters for whom tiny edge marks hidden by the pattern do not matter.
- A sensible balance of look and cost.
