Skin overview

Neo-Noir is a stylised comic-style finish whose main points are the neon female figure and the strong contrast of black, grey, pink and cyan. Battle-Scarred copies have heavy paint loss on the slide, frame and grip, and the drawing breaks up into fragments. It is the cheapest way to get the colour scheme of this Covert pistol.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

The slide carries the upper part of the figure: white and grey shapes outlined in thick black, with bright magenta and pink areas running along its length and a darker front section near the muzzle. The frame and trigger area continue the grey linework, while the grip is filled with cyan and blue concentric lines dotted with small red points.

Large patches of paint are gone from the slide, frame and grip, with exposed metal across the edges and the front of the pistol. The figure is fragmented and many black outlines are lost. In game only the general pink, cyan and grey palette is recognisable. Remaining clean areas are small and scattered across the middle of the slide and grip.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in pink, magenta, cyan or black and white match the neon-noir palette best. Holo and foil stickers with cool tones work well on the grey parts of the slide, where they do not cover the brightest areas of the figure.

• Check where the float sits within the chosen wear, since the full wear range makes the difference between a low and a high copy of the same grade noticeable.
• Look at the front of the slide and the bottom of the grip, as these areas lose paint first.
• Make sure the pink and cyan areas on the slide are not hidden by applied stickers.
