Skin overview

Water Elemental is a red Glock-18 with a turquoise water creature and scattered drops across the whole pistol. Battle-Scarred copies carry heavy scratching on the slide edges, muzzle, trigger guard and grip, with the figure broken up in places. Even so, the red base and the outline of the creature stay visible, so the skin keeps its identity at the most affordable grade.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

The base of the whole pistol is a deep crimson red with a fine lighter speckle that gives it a textured, slightly grainy look. Along the slide runs a turquoise water creature drawn with dark outlines, its body breaking into waves and splashes toward the rear.

Heavy scratching covers the slide edges, muzzle, front of the slide, trigger guard and lower grip. The creature is broken up by wear in several places, and the droplets on the grip are partly rubbed off. Since the float range of this skin stops before the most extreme values, the red base and the outline of the figure remain visible. In game it reads as a rough, battle-worn version of the same design.

The whole float range of Souvenir Glock-18 | Water Elemental is 0–0.7; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.7 segment (36% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Which stickers suit it

Turquoise, cyan and white stickers echo the water creature and blend naturally with the design. Red or dark stickers work well on the frame below the slide, where they sit on the base colour without covering the creature's head.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, especially for Field-Tested and Well-Worn, where the slide edges can look very different.
• Look at the top of the slide and the muzzle first, as these areas lose paint before the rest of the pistol.
• Inspect the cyan creature on the slide to see whether its outlines are still intact.
• Note any applied stickers or name tag, since they change how the artwork reads.
