Souvenir Glock-18 | Wraiths (Factory New)

Skin overview

Glock-18 | Wraiths is a Mil-Spec Grade pistol finish with lost souls engraved into a dark bronze slide and a sculpted, stone-coloured frame. In Factory New the relief keeps its sharp edges, so the ghostly faces and swirling forms on the slide read clearly up close. The muted earth tones suit a buyer who wants a detailed but quiet Glock.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The slide is a dark bronze-brown with deep engraving of lost souls: elongated faces and swirling, flame-like forms run along its whole length, with plain serrations at the rear. The muzzle end of the slide is lighter and polished, framing the barrel opening.

The engraving on the slide is crisp, and the contrast between the dark recesses and the bronze surface is at its strongest. The muzzle face and slide edges are clean, without lightened spots. The carved frame and sculpted grip keep their full texture. In game the finish looks smooth and even from the first-person view.

Factory New quality — float range 0–0.07

The float of Souvenir Glock-18 | Wraiths ranges from 0 to 0.8; the Factory New quality covers 0–0.07 — 9% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The Shadow Collection with 16 skins in total.

The source is Shadow Case (on sale since Sep 15, 2015).

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Muted stickers in brown, bronze, bone white or black blend with the engraved slide and stone-coloured frame. Gold or holographic stickers placed on the frame below the slide add contrast without covering the lost souls engraving.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within its wear range, since the slide edges and muzzle show the difference most.
• Look at the high points of the slide engraving, because they lose detail before the rest of the finish.
• Review any applied stickers and name tag, as they change the quiet, muted look of this skin.
• Decide whether you want a StatTrak™ or Souvenir version, since both exist for this skin.

Who the Factory New quality suits

• Collectors who want the engraving at its sharpest.
• Sticker crafters who need a clean base for a muted colour scheme.
• Conclusion: the choice for maximum detail.
