Skin overview

M249 | Jungle is a Consumer Grade machinegun finish: parts of the weapon are spray-painted in solid colours, a bright jungle green on the receiver and handguard against tan on the barrel, ammo box and stock. In Factory New the green is even and saturated, and the line between the two colours stays sharp.

Item type: machinegun. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Solid Color: a single colour without a pattern; wear dulls it evenly and rubs it off along the edges.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The receiver, the top cover and the handguard area are painted a bright, slightly minty jungle green. The long barrel, the ammo box and the stock are finished in a tan, khaki shade.

The paint is intact on every part, from the green receiver to the tan ammo box and stock. Colours are at their brightest and the edges between them stay crisp. In game the weapon looks freshly painted from any angle. This grade covers only a narrow part of the skin's range.

Factory New quality — float range 0.06–0.07

The whole float range of Souvenir M249 | Jungle is 0.06–0.8; Factory New takes the 0.06–0.07 segment (1% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Stickers in green, olive, brown or tan tones blend with the jungle scheme. Placements on the green receiver side stand out most, while muted stickers on the tan parts keep the look calm.
