Show allAllSkin overview
Blue Phosphor is a single-colour skin: a chrome blue base under several layers of metallic blue paint, with no pattern or artwork. Minimal Wear on this skin covers only a narrow slice of the float scale, so the gloss and depth of the blue hold up almost completely. Any marks are small and sit on edges, which is why this grade is usually the practical way into the skin.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.
Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New.
Appearance in Minimal Wear
The receiver, carry handle, pistol grip, magazine and stock are all finished in the same deep metallic blue, with lighter highlights where the chrome base catches the light. The ribbed handguard and the long silencer show the strongest reflections, which gives the rifle its glossy, almost liquid look.
In Minimal Wear small scuffs may appear on the most exposed points: the silencer tip, the front sight and the edges of the carry handle and magazine. The large surfaces — receiver, handguard and stock — keep their gloss and full colour. In game the difference from Factory New is practically invisible, since the marks are tiny and the blue stays saturated. Only close inspection shows that the edges have lost a little of their shine.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.08
The whole float range of Souvenir M4A1-S | Blue Phosphor is 0–0.08; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.08 segment (12% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Control Collection with 19 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
What it costs in each quality
Among 13 skins of the M4A1-S in the Classified grade and this quality, this skin ranks 2nd by price, counting from the dearest.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Holo and foil stickers in blue, silver or white keep the monochrome look and match the chrome reflections. A single bright accent in gold or orange on the receiver gives contrast without breaking the solid colour.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the range, because a low float keeps the edges fully glossy.
- The finish has no pattern, so you can compare copies by float and stickers alone.
- Look at the silencer tip, front sight and magazine edge, since these are the first places where marks show.
- On Souvenir copies, check the applied stickers, because they change how the plain blue looks.
Who the Minimal Wear quality suits
- Players who want the look of the skin in game, where the difference from Factory New is barely visible.
- Buyers entering the skin on a budget who still want a glossy, saturated finish.
- Conclusion: a sensible choice that keeps almost all of the look.
