Skin overview

M4A1-S | Moss Quartz covers the whole rifle in dark green metallic paint broken up by a crystal-like pattern. In Factory New the metallic sheen is even across the suppressor, handguard and receiver, and the paler crystalline patches stay crisp against the darker green. This is the cleanest way to see the finish as intended.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

Appearance in Factory New

The suppressor, barrel, handguard, receiver, magazine and stock are all painted in dark green metallic paint with a slight sheen. A crystallising mask leaves paler yellow-green flecks and patches over the darker base, most visible on the magazine, the lower receiver and the suppressor.

The paint is intact on every part of the rifle. The crystal pattern has sharp edges and the metallic sheen is uniform. In game the rifle looks smooth and deep green from any distance. Nothing on the suppressor or magazine shows marks.

Factory New quality — float range 0–0.07

The whole float range of Souvenir M4A1-S | Moss Quartz is 0–0.5; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (14% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
