Skin overview

Party Animal is recognisable at any range thanks to its mix of hot pink, purple and teal spots. In Field-Tested the print is still bold, but the edges and protruding parts start showing bare metal through the paint. It suits players who want the colour on screen and accept visible use on close inspection.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The suppressor and magazine are dominated by magenta and pink with darker violet and turquoise spots, and the magazine adds small orange and yellow rosettes. The ribbed handguard has a smooth violet-to-lavender gradient that sets it apart from the busier parts.

Scuffs are clearly visible on the suppressor tip, magazine edges and the raised ribs of the handguard. The receiver corners start to lose paint, while its flat sides keep the turquoise and pink spots. In game the rifle still reads as bright neon, and the wear shows mainly on inspect. The stock remains mostly clean.

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Holo and foil stickers in pink, violet or turquoise blend well with the neon print. On the quieter violet handguard a single bright sticker stands out, while the busy receiver works better with stickers that repeat its own colours.

• Check the float position within the wear grade, because the suppressor tip and magazine edges show the difference first.
• Look at the handguard ribs on inspect, as they lose paint earlier than the flat parts.
• On Souvenir copies, see whether the fixed stickers fit the neon colours of the print.
