Souvenir M4A1-S | Printstream (Minimal Wear)

Skin overview

The skin is built on a stark black and white contrast: a light body with graphic marks and a dark grip, barrel and stock. At Minimal Wear the white keeps its pearlescent glow, and any marks are faint and mostly limited to edges. In game it is very hard to tell apart from a Factory New copy.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The suppressor is painted white with black script-like line art and a thin black band near its rear end. The handguard is white with fine horizontal ribs, while the barrel, front sight, pistol grip and stock stay black, framing the light body.

Light marks may appear on the suppressor tip and the edges of the magazine. The graphics on the receiver and suppressor remain fully readable. At normal distance in game the rifle looks practically new. The handguard ribs and main white surfaces stay clean.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Black, white, silver and holographic or foil stickers fit the monochrome pearlescent design best. A single colour accent, placed on the receiver or near the magazine, can stand out against the white without breaking the style.

What to check before buying

• Look at the float position within the wear range, since white paint shows every bit of wear more clearly than dark finishes.
• Check the suppressor tip and the magazine edges first, as they wear before the rest of the rifle.
• Inspect the receiver graphics on worn copies to see how much of the black line art is still intact.
• Note any stickers or name tag already applied, because they change the clean white look.

Who should buy Minimal Wear

• Players who want a near-new look in game while paying less than for Factory New.
• Sticker crafters, since the white surfaces stay almost untouched.
• Conclusion: a sensible balance between clean appearance and cost.
