Show allAllSkin overview
Battle-Scarred is the most worn version of this M4A1-S, with the hexagon print broken by large scraped areas. The skin's float range stops early, so even this grade keeps more of the pattern than the label suggests. What remains is a weathered, rust-toned rifle with traces of the honeycomb motif.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear and Well-Worn.
Appearance in Battle-Scarred
The whole rifle is wrapped in a hydrographic print in dusty rose and copper-brown, with pale pinkish hexagon outlines and light streaks running across a darker brown base. The suppressor carries the pattern along its full length, and the ribbed handguard shows it broken up by the ridges.
Large areas of the suppressor, handguard ribs and carry handle are scraped down to bare metal. The magazine and stock lose much of their pattern at the edges and corners. Because the range ends early, the receiver sides still hold fragments of the hex print. In game the rifle looks weathered, with a rusty warm cast.
Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–0.5
The whole float range of Souvenir M4A1-S | Rose Hex is 0–0.5; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.5 segment (10% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
Souvenir M4A1-S | Rose Hex belongs to The Radiant Collection, which holds 28 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
What it costs in each quality
Taking Battle-Scarred as the baseline:
- Factory New — 876× dearer
- Field-Tested — 180× dearer
The comparison uses our cheapest listing of each quality; where there is none, the market reference.
Among 4 skins of the M4A1-S in the Mil-Spec Grade grade and this quality, this skin is the most affordable.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Stickers in copper, gold, brown or soft pink blend with the warm print, while white or cream accents echo the pale hex lines. Placing them on the receiver side keeps the pattern on the suppressor and handguard visible.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since a low float in Field-Tested can look close to Minimal Wear.
- Look at the suppressor tip and handguard ribs first, as these show wear earliest.
- On Souvenir copies, check which souvenir stickers are applied and how worn they are.
- Check for a name tag or applied stickers that may affect how the rifle looks.
Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits
- Players who like a weathered, rusty look.
- Budget entry, with more pattern left than the grade name suggests.
- A cheap pick for those who value character over cleanliness.
