Show allAllSkin overview
In Field-Tested the gold-and-teal Horus design is still clearly recognisable, but chips start to show on the magazine, the handguard ribs and the edges of the receiver. The rifle takes on a slightly aged look that suits its ancient theme. From the first-person view the colours stay rich and the main figure remains readable.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Field-Tested
The barrel, handguard rings, rear sight and stock tube are finished in gold, while the front sight post is painted red. The handguard carries a light panel with small red and teal ornaments, and the receiver is covered with flowing teal, green and cream shapes forming the wings and figure of Horus.
Visible chips appear on the magazine, the handguard ribs and the front sight, and the receiver edges start to lose paint. The central Horus motif is mostly intact. In game the wear is noticeable on the magazine but the overall design reads clearly.
Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38
The whole float range of Souvenir M4A4 | Eye of Horus is 0–0.7; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (33% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Gold, teal and red stickers match the Egyptian palette best, and holo or gold variants echo the metal accents. Placements on the receiver should avoid covering the Horus figure, so the handguard area or a single accent near the magazine works better.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear, since a low float in Field-Tested looks much closer to Minimal Wear.
- Look at the magazine and handguard ribs first, as they show wear earliest on this finish.
- Inspect the Horus figure on the receiver to make sure the central artwork is not heavily scratched.
- Check applied stickers and any name tag, as they change how the busy pattern reads.
Who should buy Field-Tested
- Players who want the recognisable Horus design for everyday matches.
- Buyers who like a slightly aged look that fits the ancient theme.
- Conclusion: a practical choice for play with the main artwork intact.
