Show allAllSkin overview
Gold diamond motifs on the receiver and magazine make The Coalition easy to recognise even with visible use. In Field-Tested the gold starts to chip along edges and protruding parts, giving the rifle a used feel while the triangles remain readable. It sits between a clean look and a lower entry cost.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Field-Tested
The receiver is black with gold diamond and triangle shapes and a textured gold panel above the magazine well. The handguard mixes gold and black with fine grid lines and triangle cut-outs and carries small blue highlights toward the front, while the front and rear sights are gold and the black barrel has a gold ring.
Chipping becomes visible along the magazine base, the edges of the handguard rails, the sights and the stock edges. Lower copies in this range show gold missing in small patches on the magazine and stock surfaces. In game the wear shows mostly on the magazine and the handguard in the lower part of the screen. The receiver diamonds and the central handguard pattern still look mostly clean.
Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38
The whole float range of Souvenir M4A4 | The Coalition is 0–1; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (23% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The 2021 Train Collection with 17 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Gold, black and holo stickers with warm tones blend with the finish, while a single blue sticker can echo the highlights on the handguard. The black areas of the receiver give the cleanest background for placement, so stickers there stand out without covering the main triangle motifs.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within its wear range, since copies at the top and bottom of the same grade can look noticeably different.
- Look at the magazine base, the sights and the stock edges first, because the gold chips there before anywhere else.
- Souvenir copies come with stickers already applied, so make sure they suit the gold-and-black scheme before buying.
- Review any applied stickers or name tag on the inspect screen, as they can either complement or clash with the triangle pattern.
Who the Field-Tested quality suits
- Players who use the M4A4 every match and accept some chipping in exchange for a lower entry cost.
- Buyers who like a rifle that looks used but still shows the triangle pattern clearly.
- In short, a balanced middle grade for everyday play.
