Show allAllSkin overview
M4A4 | Tooth Fairy is a custom paint job that covers the rifle in incisors, molars and an unsettling take on the Tooth Fairy. Coral red, muted teal and bone-coloured linework set the palette. In Factory New the fine sketch lines and the coral gradients are fully intact, so every tooth and contour of the figure stays readable.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Factory New
The receiver carries a pale, sketch-style figure drawn in bone-coloured lines over coral red and dark teal. The ribbed handguard is coloured in coral and red tones, and the front sight and carry area repeat the same red.
The finish is complete on every part of the rifle. The thin bone-coloured lines of the figure and the teeth on the magazine are sharp. Coral gradients on the handguard and stock are even with no marks. At normal distance the rifle shows the full contrast between red, teal and pale linework.
Factory New wear: float 0–0.07
The float of Souvenir M4A4 | Tooth Fairy ranges from 0 to 0.73; the Factory New quality covers 0–0.07 — 10% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

It drops from Fracture Case.
Price by quality
Among 6 skins of the M4A4 in the Classified grade and this quality, this skin is the most affordable.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Stickers in red, coral, cream or dark teal blend well with the artwork. Placing them along the handguard or near the magazine keeps the receiver figure visible. Dark or horror-themed stickers support the creepy mood of the skin.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, because the light linework on the receiver and magazine is the first detail to suffer.
- Look at the magazine edges and handguard ridges in the inspect view, as these parts lose paint early.
- See whether applied stickers match the coral and teal palette or clash with the drawing.
- Check the name tag and any StatTrak™ or Souvenir status so the copy matches what you want.
Who should buy Factory New
- Collectors who want the full drawing with every tooth and line intact.
- Sticker crafters who need a clean base for a matching colour theme.
- In short: the choice for the complete, untouched artwork.
