Show allAllSkin overview
This MAC-10 skin relies on colour more than detail, so the green hexagons still read well even when the paint is worn. In Well-Worn the receiver edges, magazine and grip have visible scuffs, and dark patches break up the pattern along the outlines of the gun. It is an inexpensive way to run a bright green SMG.
Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.
Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Well-Worn
The whole receiver is coated in a hydrographic hex pattern: irregular lime and yellow-green cells separated by darker green lines, with the size and shading of the hexagons shifting from panel to panel. The long magazine and the grip carry the same pattern, and the yellow tone is strongest on the front of the grip.
The edges of the receiver, magazine and grip are noticeably scraped, and wear begins to reach onto the flat surfaces. The hex outlines blur where the paint is thinned, and the yellow-gold parts show scuffs as well. In game the gun looks clearly used but still reads as green. The centre of the side panels holds most of the remaining pattern.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45
The whole float range of Souvenir MAC-10 | Acid Hex is 0–0.58; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (12% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Boreal Collection with 29 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Green, yellow and gold stickers blend with the acid palette for a monochrome look, while black or dark holo stickers stand out cleanly against the lime cells. The flat side of the receiver gives the most visible space for a sticker row.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since copies near the cleaner end show less edge wear on the receiver and magazine.
- Inspect the magazine corners and base plate, as they lose paint first and are very visible in the first-person view.
- Souvenir versions exist, so check whether a copy carries souvenir stickers and whether they suit you.
- Look at any applied stickers and name tag, because they affect how the green finish looks as a whole.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Budget buyers who mainly want the green colour in their loadout.
- Players who like a worn, field-used appearance.
- Conclusion: an inexpensive entry that keeps the overall green identity.
