Skin overview

MAG-7 | Counter Terrace pairs bright green geometric blocks with pink and dark grey across the whole shotgun. In Battle-Scarred large patches of the print are gone and worn metal shows through on the edges and contact areas. Because the float range of this skin stops short of the maximum, the most damaged copies still keep a fair part of the pattern.

Item type: shotgun. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

The receiver and the magazine carry the main pattern: an isometric mosaic of bright green, pale pink and charcoal blocks, with dark speckling over the pink areas towards the rear. The large forward grip is left in dark grey with a mottled texture, which frames the colourful body.

Large areas of the print are stripped from the edges, the magazine and the top of the receiver, leaving patches of worn metal. The muzzle ring and the magazine base are heavily eroded. In game the skin looks rough, but because the float range is capped, part of the green and pink pattern still survives. The flat sides of the receiver keep the most colour.

Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.65

The float of Souvenir MAG-7 | Counter Terrace ranges from 0 to 0.65; the Battle-Scarred quality covers 0.45–0.65 — 31% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

Souvenir MAG-7 | Counter Terrace belongs to The Rising Sun Collection, which holds 16 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Green, black or pale pink stickers blend with the block pattern without fighting it. The dark grey forward grip area and the flat side of the receiver are the calmest spots for placement, where a sticker does not get lost in the mosaic.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the chosen wear, since copies near the cleaner end of a grade show visibly less damage.
  • On worn copies look at the muzzle ring and the magazine base, as these lose paint first.
  • Look at the receiver edges and the trigger guard for scratches that break up the block pattern.
  • Check applied stickers and the name tag, since they change how the busy pattern reads.

Who should buy Battle-Scarred

  • Players looking for the cheapest way to get this finish.
  • Those who like heavy wear but still want some of the pattern visible.
  • The entry option for budget loadouts.
