Souvenir MAG-7 | Memento (Minimal Wear)

Skin overview

Memento relies on contrast between muted grey shapes and a few orange details, so it does not need a perfect surface to look right. In Minimal Wear small marks may appear on the muzzle and edges, but the lattice and the orange emblem keep their shape. For most players it looks the same as the cleanest grade at normal viewing distance.

Item type: shotgun. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New and Field-Tested. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The whole MAG-7 is wrapped in a dark gunmetal grey covered with a dense geometric lattice of lighter grey lines and shapes. On the receiver the pattern carries an orange outline emblem, and thin orange strokes run along the top near the rail and around the trigger guard and magazine well.

Light scratches can appear on the tip of the muzzle and along the top rail edges. The underside of the front grip may show a faint lightening of the paint. The receiver, the orange emblem and the lattice on the magazine stay clean. At normal distance the difference from Factory New is hard to notice.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15

The whole float range of Souvenir MAG-7 | Memento is 0.02–0.18; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (50% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Orange, copper and black stickers match the accents and the dark base without breaking the restrained look. Placing them on the magazine or the rear of the receiver keeps the orange emblem visible.

What to check before buying

• Look at the float within the chosen wear, since the lowest copies of each grade keep the muzzle and rail edges cleaner.
• Check the muzzle, the top rail and the bottom of the magazine on the inspect screen, as these parts lose paint first.
• Make sure the orange emblem on the receiver is not covered by stickers if you want to keep the main detail visible.
• Decide whether you need the StatTrak™ or Souvenir version, as both exist for this skin.
