Skin overview

Storm gives the MAG-7 a calm, overcast palette of mint, slate and olive, with every part painted in one solid colour. In Field-Tested the paint starts to chip on the edges of the foregrip, the muzzle and the magazine. This gives the shotgun a used, service-weapon feel while the colour scheme stays easy to read.

Item type: shotgun. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Solid Color: a single colour without a pattern; wear dulls it evenly and rubs it off along the edges.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The receiver and pistol grip are painted pale mint green, and the side panels and trigger guard carry the same light tone. The large pump foregrip and the top rail are flat slate blue-grey, and the barrel is a similar muted grey.

Chipping becomes visible on the muzzle shroud, the leading edge of the foregrip, the top rail and the magazine base. The receiver panels pick up light scuffs along their edges, while their centres stay mostly clean. In game the colour scheme reads clearly, and the worn edges stand out on inspect. The pale mint makes dark chips more noticeable than they would be on a darker finish.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in slate grey, steel blue, olive or muted teal sit naturally on the pale mint receiver. The flat side of the receiver above the trigger gives the clearest placement. Bright warm colours will stand out sharply against the calm palette, so use them sparingly.

What to look at before you buy

  • Factory New covers only a narrow band at the very start of this skin's float range, so many clean-looking copies are Minimal Wear.
  • Inspect the muzzle shroud and the front edge of the foregrip first, because chips appear there before anywhere else.
  • The finish has no pattern, so the pattern index does not change the look and only float matters.
  • Souvenir copies come with stickers already applied, so check that their placement and condition suit you.

Who should buy Field-Tested

  • Players who like a lightly used, service-weapon feel.
  • Anyone who wants the full colour scheme at a typical everyday grade.
  • Conclusion: a balanced choice where the palette stays clear and the wear adds character.
