Condition Zero on the MP5-SD is a blue and yellow tribute paint job, and in Battle-Scarred it reads as a heavily used weapon. Large areas of paint are gone from the suppressor, magazine and receiver edges, leaving the colours as fragments over metal. The cheapest way to put the theme in your inventory.
Item type: smg. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Battle-Scarred
The front of the suppressor is dark navy covered with diagonal yellow stripes that shift towards blue-green along the tube, while the middle section of the suppressor keeps its grey knurled sleeve. The receiver is navy and blue-grey with olive-yellow areas near the front and around the trigger guard.
Large areas of paint are gone from the suppressor, the magazine and the receiver edges, with metal showing through. The stripes survive only in fragments. In game the colours still hint at the theme, while only the flatter central surfaces keep more of the finish.
Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–1
The whole float range of Souvenir MP5-SD | Condition Zero is 0–1; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–1 segment (55% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Operation Broken Fang Collection with 17 skins in total.
The source is Operation Broken Fang Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Yellow, blue or navy stickers match the colour scheme, and gold or holographic ones with blue tones fit the tribute theme. Placements on the receiver near the olive-yellow areas tie the stickers to the artwork without covering the suppressor stripes.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a low value in a grade means cleaner stripes on the suppressor.
- Look at the suppressor tip and magazine edges on the inspect view, as they wear first on this finish.
- See whether the copy is StatTrak™ and whether it carries stickers or a name tag.
Who should buy Battle-Scarred
- Budget entry for anyone who wants the skin in the inventory.
- Players who enjoy heavily worn weapons.
- The lowest-cost way to own Condition Zero.
