Show allAllSkin overview
Focus is a simple finish of gunmetal grey and red accents, so heavy wear changes its character more than it would on a busy pattern. In Battle-Scarred large areas of the suppressor and receiver show bare, lighter metal, and the red lines survive only in fragments. It suits players who like a rough, battered look on a quiet SMG.
Item type: smg. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred
The long integrated suppressor is dark gunmetal with a polished silver muzzle cap at the front and a red ring where it meets the ribbed handguard. The receiver is painted the same dark grey, with a thin red line running along its side and a red accent on the front sight ring.
Large parts of the suppressor and receiver are rubbed down to bare, lighter metal, and the magazine is heavily worn. The red line and rings remain only as fragments. In game the weapon reads as a battered grey SMG rather than a clean dark finish with red detailing. Only the more protected areas of the grip and stock still hold their original grey.
Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–1
The float of Souvenir MP5-SD | Focus ranges from 0 to 1; the Battle-Scarred quality covers 0.45–1 — 55% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
The skin’s collection is The Genesis Collection with 17 skins in total.
It drops from Sealed Genesis Terminal.
Price by quality
Among 3 skins of the MP5-SD in the Mil-Spec Grade grade and this quality, this skin is the most affordable.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Red, black, white and silver stickers fit the gunmetal and red scheme without breaking its restraint. Placements along the dark receiver work well, and one bold red element can echo the accent line.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since a low float keeps the suppressor and red accents noticeably cleaner.
- Look closely at the red line on the receiver and the rings on the suppressor, as they are the first signature details to break up.
- Inspect the suppressor body and muzzle edge, which are the most visible worn areas in first-person view.
- Note any applied stickers or name tag, because they change how the restrained design reads.
Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits
- Players looking for the cheapest way to own this finish.
- Fans of a rough, battered look with bare metal showing.
- A choice for character rather than for clean detail.
