Show allAllSkin overview
This MP7 skin pairs a green-and-black colour scheme with a printed binary pattern across the receiver. At Minimal Wear the finish looks almost untouched, with only small marks on the sharpest edges. In the inspect view it is hard to tell apart from a fresh copy.
Item type: smg. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The receiver and upper body are painted olive green with a faint pattern of ones and zeros and thin line markings across the side panels. The front end around the barrel and the rear of the stock carry a brighter lime green, framing the darker middle section.
Tiny marks may appear on the sharpest edges of the receiver and the muzzle end. The binary print remains fully readable. At normal distance in game it looks the same as a Factory New copy. The side panels and stock stay clean.
Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15
The whole float range of Souvenir MP7 | Base-2 is 0–1; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (8% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
Souvenir MP7 | Base-2 belongs to The Spy Tech Collection, which holds 17 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Green, black and lime stickers blend with the code motif, while small red stickers echo the red accents near the trigger. Placements on the olive side panels of the receiver keep the brighter front and rear ends clear.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since low-float copies of the worn grades look noticeably cleaner.
- Inspect the lime front end and the stock, as these protruding parts lose paint first.
- Look at the receiver side panels to see how much of the binary pattern is still readable.
- Check any applied stickers and name tag, because they change the look and cannot be removed without being destroyed.
Who should buy Minimal Wear
- Players who want a near-clean look without aiming for the top grade.
- Sticker crafters, since edge marks are hidden by the overall finish.
- A practical alternative to Factory New with almost the same look.
