Wear spreads from the edges onto the rail, the bottom of the magazine and the stock, leaving broad grey patches. Finer paisley lines on the receiver start to break up. The grip and the centre of the receiver still hold colour. From normal distance the skin reads as a faded red MP7 with visible metal.
