Souvenir MP7 | Groundwater (Field-Tested)

Skin overview

This MP7 is recognisable by its blocky two-tone scheme of pale green and sand tan with an olive magazine. In Field-Tested the spray paint starts to chip along the edges, which gives the gun a used, field-issue character. The colour layout still reads clearly at a glance.

Item type: smg. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Solid Color: a single colour without a pattern; wear dulls it evenly and rubs it off along the edges.

Other qualities of this skin: Well-Worn.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The receiver, upper rail section, pistol grip and front vertical grip are painted a pale mint green. The rear and front sights, the rail cover on the handguard and the folding stock are a sand tan, while the magazine is a darker olive and the muzzle device stays dark grey.

Chipping becomes visible on the sights, the ribs of the rail cover, the stock corners and the magazine base. The flat sides of the receiver and the grip are still mostly intact. In game the wear reads as light edge damage that does not hide the colour scheme. The overall look shifts from fresh to used.

Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38

The float of Souvenir MP7 | Groundwater ranges from 0.06 to 0.8; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 31% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

Souvenir MP7 | Groundwater belongs to The Alpha Collection, which holds 16 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Price by quality

Compared with the Field-Tested quality, the others go like this:

• Factory New — 4× dearer
• Minimal Wear — 2.8× dearer
• Battle-Scarred — 2.5× cheaper

Based on the cheapest SkinOut.gg listing of each quality, otherwise on the market reference.

Among 9 skins of the MP7 in the Consumer Grade grade and this quality, this skin is the dearest.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Muted stickers in olive, tan, brown or black keep the military feel of the finish. A single darker sticker on the pale green receiver side stands out well without breaking the colour blocks.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since lower values keep the sight posts and stock edges cleaner.
• Pattern does not matter for this skin, as it is a plain solid-colour finish.
• Inspect the sights, rail cover and magazine base, because these parts lose paint first.
• Souvenir copies come with pre-applied stickers, so look at them in the inspect view before buying.

Who should buy Field-Tested

• Budget buyers looking for a balance between price and appearance.
• Players who like a lightly used, field-issue character.
• Conclusion: a practical middle option.
