Skin overview

In Field-Tested condition the MP7 keeps its red body and zigzag smile, but the white strokes start to look hand-painted and slightly chipped. The finish reads as a used weapon rather than a showroom piece, which fits the mischievous theme. From normal distance the grin across the receiver is still the first thing you notice.

Item type: smg. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The receiver is painted red, with a long black and white zigzag smile running along its top and sides, outlined by thin dark strokes. The barrel shroud and front section carry the same red base with white slashes, while the muzzle stays bare metal.

Scratches appear along the top of the receiver, the front edges and the magazine, cutting into the white strokes. The red base dulls slightly in these areas. In game the smile still reads clearly and the wear mostly blends into the painted style. The flat sides of the receiver remain largely intact.

Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38

The whole float range of Souvenir MP7 | Mischief is 0.1–1; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (26% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir MP7 | Mischief belongs to The Prisma Collection, which holds 17 skins.

The source is Prisma Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Black, white and red stickers match the palette and the cartoonish grin best. Placing them on the receiver sides away from the smile keeps the main motif visible, while the olive stock area suits neutral or dark designs.

What to check before buying

  • Look at the float within the chosen wear, since lower values keep the white smile noticeably sharper.
  • Check the receiver edges and magazine on the inspect screen, as they lose paint first.
  • Review applied stickers and any name tag, since they change the look of the red receiver.
  • Decide between regular, StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions, as all three exist for this skin.

Who the Field-Tested quality suits

  • Players who want the design to read well without paying for the cleanest grade.
  • Fans of a lightly used, hand-painted look.
  • A balanced option between look and cost.
