Skin overview

MP7 | Scorched is a Consumer Grade SMG finish in charcoal and sand tones, sprayed on in soft, sun-dappled blotches. In Factory New the dark smudges and pale patches keep their crisp edges and an even matte surface. This is the cleanest version of a deliberately smoky, muted pattern.

Item type: smg. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Factory New

The receiver and top rail are covered in dark charcoal spray with lighter sand blotches showing through, giving a smoky, uneven surface. The front vertical grip, pistol grip and magazine are mostly pale beige with fine dark speckling, so the lower half of the weapon looks lighter than the top.

The spray layer is complete on every part, from the rail to the base of the magazine. Dark and light blotches keep their soft but defined borders. In game the weapon reads as an even smoky camouflage with no visible marks. The grade covers only a narrow slice at the clean end of this skin's range.

Factory New wear: float 0.06–0.07

The float of Souvenir MP7 | Scorched ranges from 0.06 to 0.8; the Factory New quality covers 0.06–0.07 — 1% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

Souvenir MP7 | Scorched belongs to The Norse Collection, which holds 18 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Muted stickers in black, beige, brown or orange-red fire tones match the scorched theme. Holo or gold accents on the receiver side add contrast against the dark smoky areas without breaking the look.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since low floats in a grade look closer to the next cleaner one.
  • Look at the muzzle, rail edges and magazine base first, as these lose paint earliest.
  • The pattern is uniform blotches, so pattern seed has little effect on value; focus on wear instead.
  • For Souvenir copies, look at which stickers are already applied and their condition.

Who should buy Factory New

  • Collectors who want the cleanest possible copy of this finish.
  • Sticker crafters who need an untouched surface for a tidy craft.
  • Conclusion: the top grade for those who value a pristine look.
