Skin overview

Battle-Scarred is the most worn take on Special Delivery: dark metal shows through on edges, the top rail, the magazine and the foregrip. The tan receiver and sage parts still carry the colour scheme, so the skin stays identifiable at a glance. It is the most affordable way to run this design.

Item type: smg. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

The receiver is painted in a warm tan with grey and white patches, red streaks along the side and a small round red emblem near the rear, like a postal stamp. The front of the receiver, the magazine and the vertical foregrip are sage grey-green, while the rails and muzzle remain dark metal.

Dark metal shows widely on the edges, the top rail, the magazine, the foregrip and the stock. The red emblem and stencils are heavily faded or broken. At normal distance the weapon looks dusty and darker, but the tan and sage split still comes through. The largest flat areas of the receiver hold the most remaining paint.

Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.62

The float of Souvenir MP7 | Special Delivery ranges from 0 to 0.62; the Battle-Scarred quality covers 0.45–0.62 — 27% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

Souvenir MP7 | Special Delivery belongs to The Shadow Collection, which holds 16 skins.

The source is Shadow Case (on sale since Sep 15, 2015).

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Red, cream and muted green stickers echo the stamp markings and the two-tone body. Paper-style or stamp-style designs on the tan receiver side fit the parcel theme well.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since a low float keeps the red emblem and grip stencils sharper.
  • Inspect the top rail, magazine bottom and foregrip, as these parts lose paint first.
  • Look at applied stickers and any name tag, and decide whether they suit the tan and sage scheme.
  • Confirm whether you want a regular, StatTrak™ or Souvenir copy before comparing offers.

Who should buy Battle-Scarred

  • Players who want the cheapest entry into this design.
  • Those who enjoy a heavily used, dusty look on their SMG.
  • Conclusion: the budget entry point, with the character still intact.
